Fellowships and grants deadlines are fast approaching!!  Do you know anyone who needs higher education funding or grant money for an innovative, community-based project for girls?  Check out AAUW’s upcoming application deadlines at www.aauw.org.  Career Development Grants support women who hold a bachelors’s degree and are preparing to advance their career, change careers, or re-enter the workforce.
Selected Professions Fellowships are awarded to women to pursue study in a master’s or professional degree program in which women’s participation traditionally has been low–architecture, computer/information sciences, engineering. and mathematics/statistics. Community Action Grants provide seed money to women, AAUW branches and state organizations and nonprofit organizations (including universities) for innovative programs or nondegree research projects that promote education and equity for women and girls.
