On Nov. 28, your Board of Directors voted to contribute $1000 to AAUW Funds as follows:

• $400 to the Educational Opportunities Fund,Carol A. Leupp/Toledo Branch R&P Grant;
• $400 to the Educational Opportunities Fund, Jeanne Gail
  Conrad R&P Grant; and
• $200 to the Leadership Programs Fund, Women Student Leaders (NCCWSL).

Additionally this past year, money has been contributed to the AAUW Funds’ Legal Advocacy Fund (LAF) through the generosity of the Partner Bridge Study Group and the “Souper Bowl Sunday” Supper supporters. Members and friends can contribute to LAF again in the new year by attending the “Souper Bowl Sunday Supper for LAF” on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012, at 12 Noon. Bring an accompaniment for soup and a check for LAF, then stay for the Board Meeting to follow (details in February “Bulletin,” or ph. 824-0917).
